    Trasmission rebuild question

I have the transmission apart replacing the bearings with some new ones, and am wondering if someone can point me towards some information on what to grease, if anything? It looks like it had some in there previously, but am wondering if I should be using lithium or regular grease.

Also, where do I find some shims to get some play out of it? Do I simply get some of the 5x8mm fiber washers from traxxas?

i would work some grease into the bearings and a little bit on the metal to metal parts, not much in the trans .Too much in there just seems to trap more crud.I run in the wet lots so i used marine grease lithium would work as well i guess.are you refering to the slop in the driveline because washers wont remove that.Thats a different issue
    Mountains cant stop me
    they have tried
