there's not a whole lot of room but i don't think there should be a problem getting any other servo into there.

It looks like the aftermarket servo could be about 1/8" fatter, and 1/8" taller and it should fit.

Yes I said I wouldn't run 3s power in the Rally until I upgraded the motor, but I couldn't resist. I thought about it all day and pulled the trigger tonight... shortly before my power slide into the re-bar.

My top speed was 43 mph on a 5000mah 30c 3s lipo, stock gearing. Motor didn't get hot but then I only ran for about 5 minutes until the carnage.

That's about inline with what Traxxas will say it will do. Did it feel stable at WOT?

It was super-stable at any speed. I could be WOT and steer suddenly to the left or right, and the truck would start sliding and turning and just wouldn't flip. I'm really liking it.
