    Upgrades for Black and Blue

While my 1/10 Rally is in the mail, I've been thinking about a list of upgrades. I also have all the parts ordered for my 4x4 Slash build that never got off the ground.

    New MMP
    CC 1800kv 1717 motor
    Futaba 3pl 2.4
    Kingheadz motor mount
    Dynamite Roadrunners
STRC 17mm adapters - color blue
    Castle external BEC
Losi Ten-T front shocks, Ofna LX2E front shocks on the rear
STRC hinge pins if they fit
    Blue STRC bulkhead when available.

    Am I missing anything?

Your kidding on the 1717 right? lol, that's 1580 kv 85mm long and 50mm in diameter. The 1518 1y is 1800 kv as is the 1512 1.5y wind, just curious....

I agree that the motor isnt ideal... but the rest of it looks sweet. Thats going to be a sweet setup.

My other options are an HPI vektor 4000kv and a Leopard 2150kv, both 4 poles.

The 2150 powers my 1/8 buggy like a banshee on 4s so it would work well for the Rally, but the 1800 would be fun to experiment with.

The 1512 will be a good motor, run it on 4s and gear for the speed you want...

The vektor is a step in the wrong direction, but I agree that the leopard would be a good choice if run on 4S and geared up. Ill be running an EZrun 2700kv at first... not sure about 2 or 4s just yet. Ideally id like to run a 3800 4 pole but im not going to rush out and buy one just yet.

I included the 4000 because it's a 4-pole which should be more powerful than the 2- pole stock motor, but I believe I'll put the 2150kv motor in it.
