    Double check before i buy

    Hey guys just double checking that this will work fine with my t-maxx 2.5 it has reverse so i need it to be reverse and ready to install.

    Can i buy THIS and when it gets here i can just unplug old am radio, plug the servers/ stuff into this one and off i am?

    You will need to set the end points and trim on all channels most likely like you would with any new radio system, but it is fairly ez with that radio once you get familiar with the settings.
    Download the manual and familiarize yourself with it before you decide to purchase.
    No slipper/tall gearing/power = broken parts.

    Im gonna pick it up so it comes by the time my new hump pack comes and hopefully install togeather ill read up on it just like i do on everything i buy (nerd) yea i kind of researched for a month or two b4 buying my used t-maxx :P

    For only a few $ more, youcan find the one with the ipod dock base. Alot cheaper to upgrade now than later.

    Also, you might have to reset the rec/trans to your model.

    Ive asked a person or two on this forum and they said it is no good without telementary?

    It will work fine without the telemetry as you have to buy it if you want on most models as it(the sensors) does not come with it.
    You can add the telemetry to it later if you want too, but it is not required to use it as a straight 2.4ghz TX/RX.

    Don't waste your money on telemetry for a nitro. Just buy a temp gun. MPH is worthless on a nitro. Keep you hump pack charged. You don't need tel. IMHO
