    Bomber bodies by Mcallister racing

Has anyone seen these bodies yet? ’56 FORD BOMBER BODY, ’55 CHEVY BOMBER BODY, 1969 MUSTANG STREET STOCK BODY Contacted them and the pricing was about 13.99$ plus 10$ for shipping roughly. Not too bad for these beautiful bods.

Been searching for other mini bodies too. Lots of cool ones for the other classes!

My kids all want thier own mini. They fell in love with these bodies as soon as I found them. Hoping to scour the internet for more. Looks like It's going to be a busy winter as I learn to airbrush and paint these bodies up. Hey Bill, send your addy but I doubt the body shows up lol.

Just shot ya a pm. Always great to see some one else's work. I was at the lhs this past summer looking at air compressors and airbrush kits. The lhs a day later calls me up and says they had something for me. Someone dropped off a used air compressor for me lol. Thought that was pretty cool. He wouldn't take anything for it after I contacted him.

I picked up the 55 Chevy body from them. its a nice body but you have to cut out the front wheel arches a bit more. Also there are more markings for the rear but you can set the body down and trace where the rear wheels sit. For those who are using the T-Bone Racing bumpers the body will fit over them too. I am in the process of painting the "trim" on the body and getting the tails and other parts masked out. I am going to paint it straight black and I picked up the chrome and green lip wheels for it.

I am all most done. I am just paint this one straight black, but I might get another one and paint it two tone. I will post them as soon as the paint is dry.

Those are some great looking bodies! might just have to get a 55 and 56 bel air. Just wish they had a 57 nomad body than I could build mini versions of the 56 and 57 we have out in the shop.

I had to do some cutting to get the front to fit right. but if you didn't want to cut them more you could find a little smaller wheels. the rear has no pre-cut wheel arch. so you have to place the body on and trace them out with a marker. I notice if you did want to make the front match the rear body mounts would be in the middle of the back window. So that's why I cut them out a bit more. but that's a choice that is up to the builder.

Paint'd a 56 Ford Bomber today.....window masks are terrible!!!!! Every one of them left the "glue" behind when peel'd off, not like a lil spot or 2.......they left pretty much all the "glue"!!!! I did get all the glue off, took a lil time and a mix of alcohol/thinner (2 to 1 mix) worked great. Just thought I'd let you guys know. I'll post a picture when it's mount'd!!!!

I've paint'd a "few" bodies and these masks are a pain.....just thought I'd let you guys know what I ran into. The body is awesome, nicely detail'd and really changes the look of the rally!!!!

Thats okay, I'll use Bob Dively's. You would expect for about 23$ shipped the masks would work. But I can work with that! Mr, Bill post some pics...

here is my 55 chevy body painted. I am not so good on painting the trim around the windows. but I do agree with Mr. Bill, the window masks are not the best.
