Noisy Fan on ESC

Have any of you tore a ESC apart or just the fan ?? It is getting really noisy like it has a bad bearing or something ?? Blowing it out doesn't do anything. Want to fix it before it locks up and ESC overheats and fails. Thanks

It may be slightly different for the XO-1 esc but try using this guide

Thanks !!! I almost had the fan out of it with these instructions but gave up because I'm pretty sure the cap pack has to be removed to get the bottom to drop out enough. Looks like I'll just deal with it for now. Not that I don't know how to solder. Might be something that I'll tackle over the winter. Hate to be sidelined right now. Not much good weather left here.

i have experience this with my MMM ESC, i took it out and spray wd-40 a little bit and the noise went away...few days later on i crash it and the fan got crushed when i run it under my car, good thing it was just the fan and case that broke and nothing wrong with the ESC....so i bought a new case with fan included.
