When it comes to motors and esc's only an esc that is not strong enough will hurt your motor. A motor will only draw what it needs

I have ran a stock motor on 4s batteries and quickly got up to 64mph with plenty left to go!

Thanks for the info BTW when i tried to fix my maxx's motor i noticed that pinion is different in 540 motor, isthere a different pinion i can buy for it to fit the mini revo?

The mini is 3.2mm and yours could be 5mm. Can't tell without measuring it but they do have a sleeve for 5mm to 3.2 to fit the mini

My body was kind is beat so I.picked up a another one to paint. Looks like my erbe body but I tried candy blue on the sides and true blue pearl on top

I ordered some gh carriers to replace my rpm carriers on my other merv. Has stock axles and tightened the nut up and the tire wouldn't turn. Tried some new bearings and axles then shims. Nothing helped so i pulled my older gh carriers out of my merv to compare. Don't know if they are old stock but the tapered machining is smaller on the new set allowing the axle to drag on it.
contacted omni models and the gave me a quick refund and don't even want the items back! Old set is on the left

I.opened up the taper to match the older set and works like a charm
I would like to know if this was a first edition. Didn't have the gh stickers either

can you post the link where you bought the 37pinion? Had to make any mods to the tranny?
or at least the brand and model of that pinion... 3.2mm ? Is possible to go more up tooth pinion? or less spur then 45?

Using that pinion on the neu motor, right?

Yes with the neu motor just the size of the stock velenium.
With no dremel work a 35t with 45 spur will work? or even a 36t pinion?

i understand that for 37pinion it had to dremel a little... but i want to know the question up!

The 35 should fit with no mods
I have not compared the two together but I know someone who went from the 5700 to the 1110 and didn't lose any speed but gained handling

Don't want to make it too easy. You have about ten feet of flat on top then some thick brush. Once in a while you hit it right and land 15ft down the other side
