your pillow balls need adjusting!
start over with the rpm instructions back the pillow balls out until you see the threads then screw them in per the instructions problem is at this setting rpm says don't tighten any further . only back them out .
normally if your tires are pointing out like yours tighten top and bottom the same amount will give you toe in. look at page 22 or your manual

Your right pushrod bolt at the rocker is loose.
Can't tell but the pillow balls might be in too far. Back them out and recheck
-
On the front passenger(right) side try adjusting the bottom pillow balls in. It should make that wheel go inwards
The front driver(left) side try adjust the lower pillow ball as well, turn clockwise(in) if there is room for the threads to go in
If ur backing out the bottom back out the top a bit as well

The other problem is once you turn the upper 4 turn and lower turns turning any further voids the warranty!

Too bad you didn't get the traxxas adjustable toe links first before the push rods
It'll will save you some trial n error with the pillow balls.
It's well worth the upgrade.

Looks like you have the wrong RPM arms, maybe they're for a slash or rally, too short. Second why are you using rally aluminum toe links as push rods? I'll put a pic up of my RPM arms in a min so you can see the difference.
Edit can you take a pic looking straight down on the arms like my pic? In one of your pics they look too short and in the other they look ok.

ok thanks
just a min
here they are tell me if they are a bad pic
top

bottom

and the reason why I have the toa links for push rods is because my dad got the wrong ones that are for the slash but I released that the toa link would work for a push rod.

I stand corrected they're the right arms, but your pillow balls need to be tightened more (especially the bottom one). Don't be afraid to tighten them up some more. Tighten the top a couple turns then the bottom a couple turns till the wheel is straight. That's definitely the problem. Plus your aluminum pushrod is not in the right place, it's supposed to be connected to the steering and its definitely too short. It looks like that aluminum link is for a rally.
See where my pillow balls are at? That's the sweet spot.

There ya go, looks good. You even have a bit more room to adjust if you need to. Good job getting it fixed!
