Anyone in here have real (full scale) fast or race cars?

I thought it might be interesting to start a thread to show pictures and info about real cars some of us might have, kind of to show interest in cars, rc or not. Thought it might be fun. Any interest or does anyone think this might be a fun idea. Not sure if this is right place to post, if not I apolgize and would appreciate input as to where such a thread should be posted. I feel it would be a good idea to show some wicked rc cars and real cars (for those into rc hobbie) but I have been wrong before, more times than I can count

Great idea. I don't remember a thread like this in the past. I'll have to post pics of my dads '67 Fairlane drag car if and when he gets it back out. I don't know a whole lot about it other than it's fast and has a 510ci engine... and at one point, had NOS.

Not that fast, but can get out of its own way, and as long as the surface is not too bumpy, handles well and is very predictable. Geared for the highway, lost of top end. Came from the Texas state cops. Got it 2 mo ago, had 90k, now has 103k

I owned a WRX 2008 for a bit more than 4 years but i trated it last christmas for a Merc C250 2012
The WRX was stage 2 running at 19.5 PSI, 256HP, 326ft-tq
It was not a "race car" but that beast was pretty quick and sounded fantastic







The Benz is not as powerfull obviously, but i still love it for different reasons. its RWD, its super fuel efficient and its a striking beauty.

I have a 2009 Ford FG G6et that's pretty bombed out.

Makes 505HP at the rear tyres, has a heap of mods and goes VERY hard.

I have a 2007 Mustang GT with a bunch of stuff done to it that runs 12.65 1/4.............. never had it on the dyno so I could not tell you the true HP

I have a 2001 mustang cobra. Aluminator block, mhs heads + stage 2.5 blower/nitrous cams, Zex nitrous wet kit, ARH longtube headers + catless X pipe + MAC Catback, FRPP 4.10 gears, short throw shifter, UPR coil overs and a bunch of other goodies.

Best pass n/a was 12.2 @ 118
Best pass 100hp shot 11.4 @ 127

I've got a 72 Chevy 2wd long bed, 400 small block that puts out some power, lol umm 70 short bed big block 462 um 79 1 ton and a 79 blazer 87 long bed 1/2 ton 90 blazer 91 s10 ( I'm a Chevy lover if you couldn't tell) lol

well i dont have a car but i do have a pretty fast bike. had it dyno'd at 103.5hp in 2010 did a few small adjustments hoping to push 105+ but didnt have it dyno'd again. i havent found a liter bike or larger that can touch me in a 1/4 but never had it to the track.

No it's actually a stock can that I modified

This isMy old truck it was by no means a RACE TRUCK but it was a fast street truck it had a lot of bolt ons (exhaust , headers ,intake ect

Very Nice cars guys. I have three turbo 4 banger mustangs with 23 liters of displacement, except for the road racing one that has SLA suspension and three link rear end, and stroked to 2.5 liters, big turbo ect. Also have a beater 84 svo, and a 85.5 comp prep SVO (1 of 15), but belive it or not my pride and joy is 2002 SVT Focus I bought new. Has 12:1 compression, LSD, one off custom coilovers, custom cams, ported head, pretty much gutted (track car only) If people are interested I could take pictures of cars but focus needs to be taken off jack stands first and get tranny re-installed.

Here's mine, no longer has tint (for track visibility, and currently has slicks. had 248 whp on a good day, now new motor is going in, and its about 2400 lbs, so power to weight is pretty good. Also this is old pic, car is no longer registered and I no longer live next to MAM, hence the Nebraska plates.

I have a 2005 STi for my daily driver.

My dad has his 2006 2500hd duramax that has over 920,000 on it. That's with original motor and Allison tranny. It has a few things done to it. EGR has been eliminated, BW turbo, EFI live, 4" exhaust, intake. He's had it since day one, after he retired from GM was bored and needed something to do. So he bought this truck and started hauling campers to places all over the U.S. and up into Canada. Never been on a dyno, but the impressive thing bout it is his fuel mileage. 15-18 hauling and 25+mpg dead heading doing 65mph+.

these are my dads cars exept for the moped lol the race car is a opel gt and the rat rod is a 31 ford ( chevy power ) and my moped is a 2007 tomos lx. my dad also has a prostreet 72 c10 tht i dont have any picks right now.
