After getting my mini summit, I realized I have an old iPhone and would in some way be able to record from the car. Do you suggest any specific mounts?

Tape it to the back standing up. Use the bumper as support. You could turn it sideways for some cool over the wheel crawling shots. Have fun n be careful jumping.

Lifeproof makes an iPhone adapter that is compatible with GoPro mounts. Then you could pick up a sticky 3m mount from GoPro and you'd be set. Prolly not the cheapest solution but its a good one.
