I'll help you out buddy! On my Ultimate I have a Mamba Max Pro esc. A Castle Creations 2400 motor. Blue RPM arms front and back and black Nerf bars. I have a King Headz motor mount. I have aluminum beadlock wheels and wheel hex. I have front and rear MIP X-Duty axles. I have an Integy heatsink with a single fan. I have the STRC plate to mount the esc. I also have Proline Power Stroke shocks. I am running Duratrax Bandito street tires. I have two Venom 11.1v 5400mah lipos and one SPC 11.1v 5400mah lipo. Other than that she is a stock truck

Where did you find the aluminum differential housings?
I have the FLM for the center diff but couldnt find the front and rear.

Im running the TRCE extended arms. Very nice!

They are FLM Aluminum Diff Cups. They can be found on the FLM website.

They savox servo is Very fast. It moves immediately. You wouldnt need anything faster. It has amazing torque and speed. A bit pricey though.

Thanks! Mine is an RC10 body with all the rc10 stickers removed. I love the look of this body and it's thicker than traxxas bodies. The only modification required to get it to fit is flipping the front body mount and it fits like a glove

Savox 1258TG was the first aftermarket Servo I tried. Honestly I wasnt impressed. Noisey with a high current draw. It emitted a high pitched whine and never could seem to find center to alleviate the whine. If I reached down and centered the steering myself the whine would stop.

I tried a Futaba S9351, better but still not living up to my expectations
I found home with a Hitec HS-7940TH Fast and it finds center everytime.

Yea, I understand what you mean. I had that problem when i used the servo on a different truck, but in my slash 4x4 it seems to center quite fast. Maybe it just needs some tuning?

I tried tuning, twice even. Thought I got a dud and one of the few things my LHS carries is Savox servos. I took it back and tried another. Then the owner of my LHS wanted a stab at it and had no luck either. I thought it was a sad state of affairs that the stock servo actually centered better. It was not as fast changing positions and had nowhere near the same torque, but it centered. I thought it was binding in my steering and went through every part and made it so smooth and free of slop it worthy of a world class racer. Same problem. The slightest push from a finger would center it while the servo was whining. Its like it lost torque as it approached center. Nothing worse than coming out of a corner punching it just to watch your truck track other than straight. Nice to hear you are having better luck than I did with them.

Added the st rc shock towers yesterday, makes a world of difference with the Proline power shocks over the stock shock tower.
