Power up my diff lock servo mod

Hey everyone I just wanted to share a video about a mod to use the 1:16 rc steering servo in place of the summit micro servos...

I thought this was going to be a cut and dry install but I ran in to small issues that I think I resolved but only time will tell if it works...

Nice video. While not trying to bad mouth a traxxas product, but those mini vxl servos have been well documented to die quickly. I have gone through 4 in my and my sons mini summit vxl. But as a simple diff lock servo they may hold up better.

Glad to see your still crawling around. I haven't seen you posting in a long while.

Thanks cars were down for a while due to work hours and family schedule.

I hope this works I think the weight of the truck (24lbs) burns my servos out fast so I'm hoping something stronger will give me a longer life on the servos...
