    Wheel/Tire question

I picked up a set of used wheels and tires off a brushless 3908. Was planning to put them on my 3903 but when I tried to put them on the wheel nuts go straight thru the opening in the wheel. What do I need to have to make these fit? I tried searching with no luck.

I'm pretty sure the 3908 model uses 17mm hex for it's wheels/hubs, and the stock 3903 uses 14mm hexes, so you'd need a 17mm adapter.

Yep, Rocklobst3r is correct. Just be aware that the Traxxas 17mm adapters have a lot of play in them. I'm actually using a cross Traxxas/HPI hex and nut that works well. There are some other good adapters that folks are using. I just can't think of the names right now.

MAximizer makes really tight nylon hexes. Thats what I use. and theyre only $4 instead of $25.

They also grip the wheel so if a nut comes off, you have time to stop before the wheel goes flying (ive done that to many times).
