Can I cut my wires?

I just got my new tenshock sc401 sensorless motor and the wires are ridiculously long and I wanna know before I solder my bullet connectors on can I cut them down?

I am running the sc411 3500kv tenshock with the hobbywing sct pro 120a esc and its an animal on a 17t pinion 54t spur getting 40mph+ on 2s 6000mah 50c batts

Can you also cut the wires on the esc? The SC8 ones are really long too.

Actually I just checked mine. The 401 wires are the same as the VXL ones and are fine. It's the ones on the esc that are too long.

Yes you can dude i cut to a nice length and then put 4mm castle bullets on.job done

Thanks again. I'll cut them both to that same lengths as the current VXL setup I thinks...
