What do you mean by 'stutter'? Given you're only running one servo, the center drag link can't be a problem. If it's just a little noise it could be the precision servo trying to center itself when the big tires are minutely off-center. But if it's a loud obtrusive noise it could be a more severe problem. You've been a long-standing member so I assume you understand what constitutes 'normal' servo buzzing. Contact Savox customer support if you determine it's out of the ordinary behavior.

Honestly I had the same servo and it just died on me. Practically new. It's a cheap servo, I guess you get what you pay for. A interference with your radio or weak batteries will make it glitch..

I don't know much about that particular servo but I had to run a glitch buster in one of my rigs with a different savox. Is made noise and a weird buzzing afterwards no problem. I have to get another one as I have a savox I a new project and will probably have same problem.

Maybe restore factory defaults on the TX and rebond the tx and rx? Just a shot in the dark but weirder things have happened
