Changing from 20% to 33% nitro fuel.

I would like to switch from 20% to 33% nitro fuel in my 2.5 Rustler and wanted to know if there are any risks to my engine.
I will re tune for the new fuel.

Always pose the risk of blowing a engine. Take it easy at first and allow the engine to break in to the new fuel.

Make sure you take all of the old 20% fuel from your tank when you go to put 30% in, other wise it will mix, and screw up your tuning for that tank of gas...

You will of course have to retune. With 33% the window is smaller for good tune, but you can make more power, and run cooler. If your rusty is stock you may look into the slash drive shafts. Once I went to 33% I could not make a full tank with out popping the u-joint out of the shaft.

I would even consider some steel shafts.
