get a dremel, and dremel out an area so you can get a flat head on the top of the screw

Or you can get a tap and die set to extract the screw

you can use a torq bit(star). get a size a tad bigger and use a hammer to tap it into the head of the bolt

Use a smaller ez-out. My set has a small enough size to fit.

Dremel with a cut off wheel is the quickest easiest way to get one out just cut a slot for a flat head and out it comes.

If you don't have a dremel, you can also try a non-metric allen wrench. I usually try that and get the dremel out as a last resort.

This is an awesome reason to buy that cheap harbor freight rotary tool set. The bits you get with it are worth the price of the whole package.

Easiest way I find is fold a piece of paper towel over your screwdriver and go from there

That sucks. Maybe they sell reverse drill bits in that small of a size, maybe you will have to order one.
