    They are a bit small IMO. You can't even run upside down without damaging the body and wing

    diffs and axle even steel cvd's wouldnt hold up for long but fun to mess with. it might work for a little bit if you have a brushed setup only so the power is reduced and would be more for crawling

    It would work fine with throttle control and a thoroughly high torque servo.

    Most people 'round here have neither of those however.

    I just went to Pep Boys, bought a pair of Anaconda 2.8s, put them on the rear of the MERV, and almost too much traction! They will work good in the snow!
