    T-max 4910 - 2.7 Mhz radio

    How would I convert my 2.7mhz radio t0 a 2.4 Radio?

    All you would have to do is buy a 2.4 radio and replace the old receiver with the one for the new 2.4 and bam! U got a 2.4ghz set up.

    take out your 2.7 receiver and 2.7 transmitter remote and buy traxxas part# trx2209 it is a 2.4 transmitter remote and 2.4 receiver combo for around $80 i just did a complete rebuild of a tmaxx 2.5 to a full upgraded chassis and added a 3.3 changed to a 2.4 system also.. pics will be up soon..

    Check eBay, they are really cheap there from the chop shops.

    BTW, I just did this on my son's Grave Digger. Cost $40 with shipping!

    Are you sure about that part number I can't get it to come up!

    Just search eBay for "Traxxas 2.4ghz". There will be transmitters (tx), receivers (rx), and combos (tx/rx both). Just make sure you get both.

    Ok I thought maybe I could unplug the 27ghz module in the radio and plug in the 2.4 ghz one and buy a recever for 2.4 ghz!
