Angry Stripping front diff! need help!

Ive got a 4wd 1/16 grave digger and since i bought a 3s lipo iv stripped my front diff twice with in a week (excluding weeks waited for parts ) the first time part 7082 stripped (the very inner gears) and now one of the teeth in the inner gears has broken and the ring gear has stripped (but not very much, there are just little chunks out of each individual tooth)

How do i fix this! what can i do?! can someone please list my options!?

I've stripped 2 now, I just keep running them untill the gears wear out, I bought a full replacement on ebay and stripped that out in no time. hope shimming works,

Shimming has worked for quite a few... some on 3 and 4S power.

Shimming has worked great for me, it definitely holds up the the strong impacts my truck mini Revo endures. I strongly recommend shimming it. For future use, I'm considering loosening my slipper a tad, just to have more protection on my diffs.
