All the great things a P4DE can be...

Well, I started changing up the P4DE finally. Here are pics of the few setups I can now have:

    Monster Pede:
    Trenchers on 2.8" Desperado's
    Stock Pede Shocks/Springs
T-Maxx 2.5 Rear Drive Shafts and Axles
    Chevy C-10 Proline Body

Then I put my SC10 wheels/tires on it. I still want to find a way to bring these wheels out a little without buying new wheels (I have 5 sets of wheels and tires already for my SC10). I think with a SC body (1/12 scale?), this thing would look pretty sweet. It handles incredibly well with stock shocks/springs but removing most of the spacers to lower the stance. Also, this currently has the body dropped, but I had to raise it back up due to the tires hitting it.

Then I went a bit further (much like others on this forum have) and made it into a Truggy.
Revolver 2.2" Wide Offset wheels with Gladiators
Traxxas Big Bore aluminum shocks with the progressing Slash springs.
    Proline Desert Rat Rustler body
    Modified lower body mounting

Going to get this setup tested out today. I think with the tires out that far I may need stiffer springs all around. I am waiting on a set of integy progressive springs for both the front and the rear. Until then, I'm going to see how it handles as is. I really like the look of this setup - especially with the arms level and the body covering the chassis. Hope it drives as well as it looks Let me know your thoughts on tuning if anyone has experience with type of setup.
All in all... I LOVE this P4DE!!!
