    Hot wires?

    What would cause this? One wire melted the solder in a connector and popped off. All the wires were hot. I wasn't even running the car for very long.

    What voltage where you running? Pinion spur?

    I don't know. But it seemed wires were hotter than batteries.

    could of been the connector was probably loose and didnt get a good connection or wiring was ready to come apart from the pin

    Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I know the wire was stretched pretty tight where it came apart.
