How to keep battery from sliding backwards in tray

Hello, I just wanted to see anyone who had a good way to keep the smaller lipo batteries from sliding around frontwards and backwards in the tray. Thought about drilling holes in the sides of the tray and using straps but dont want to alter the battery tray too much because its a main structural component on the stock chassis. Anyone have a good suggestion? Thanks

Velcro strips. Or add a piece of foam in the empty space.

Cut up pieces of foam to cram in the tray- the foam in Traxxas aluminum parts packaging works well.

    Bigger lipo!!!

My slash came with a piece of gray foam I used as a spacer. I thought all slashes had 'em.

I've used the foam from the aluminum shock cap packaging too, after I gave away the foam that came with the new slash. I've also used a folded paper towel when I misplaced my foam. Worked for the day.
