    Did you check the clutch?

Remove the clutch bull. There are 2 clutch shoes with a spring around them attached to the flywheel. Make sure it is all intact. I assume you checked the spur gear to make sure it wasn't stripped already?

If the clutch is intact then it could be a problem with the tranny or differential. Does the clutch bell and spur spin when you give it throttle?

no, it looks like they try to spin but they dont. and the gear that stick out of the chassis from the bottom (fly wheel i think) spins.

If the fly wheel is spinning and the clutch bell isn't then it is most likely the clutch.

It is either the clutch, tranny, or differential. You need to start taking it apart to try and find the problem.

okay, and how much do you think it would cost to fix? like under 20$? under 30$?

oh and also, when i pick it up and try to spin one of the back wheels forward. that wheel will go forward but the other back wheel will turn backwards. (they wont both spin forward the same way).

It is normal to spin one wheel and have the other one spin in the opposite direction. You should be able to spin them both in the same direction and it should cause the spur gear to spin.

How much it will cost to fix depends on the actual problem.

okay, it might have taken me a few days but i finally got around to checking the clutch. and the clutch shoes aren't worn down to much and the spring is still attached. and even with the spur,cb and clutch shoes off its still having the same problem.
