There is a rebuild kit available for the Velineon motor. It's part #3352 and it contains the bearings.

Probably just as good as the stock parts.

How old is it? I think the age would answer whether or not TRX would warranty it.

my velineon was 4 months old, used probly 1 total hour since i owned it. no more than three runs on 2s. first time i put 3s on it it blew.

stock gearing by the way. i called traxxas when mine blew. they said if it was a defected motor then theyd replace it. if it was wore out it cost 40 bucks to fix.

Put a set of high speed bearings in it. Good to go.
