Great looking truck! How have your MIP shafts been holding up for you?
they have been great..i was twisting off the stock axles steady. only thing they don't make them for the slayer pro only the slayer.. i had to take different pieces from 3 other kits to get them on my slayer pro..
Wow, nice Slayer! I love all of the aluminum parts on it!![]()

I'm pretty sure they do make them for the slayer pro now. Cause unless i read wrong they have them on their site.
yes read carefully, only fits model 5908 slayer not model 5907. they are to short for the slayer pro 3.3
Um isn't this the same Slayer in you other thread? But with a different body and tires? Oh well. I like this combo on your Slayer I like the Chevy body better!![]()

Where can I get that Chevy body for my slayer? and are those carbon fiber skid plates on the bottom of your slayer? If so where did you get those at?
Btw your truck looks amazing man!
thanks. that body is Proline #330760 chevy silverado 1500 I got mine at my LHS. they are very common most good hobby shops should have them or be able to get them in.....the skid plates i made, just for looksjust get a sheet of carbon fiber decal and cut it to skid plate shape and apply. wont last after a few good bashs lol
Check this pipe out...
gonna test it this spring![]()
Nice looking pipe! I have heard alot of good things about them.
I'm just getting around to tear my slayer pro down, and have debating of throwing a picco in. I've had some good luck with the 3.3 but it's def time for alittle something more. lol.
You'll def have to keep us up on the pipe when you do finally run. You just fire it up to just check it out? or do you have some restraint?![]()
Sweet truck. Can u list what exactly you need to make this conversion? Mount, what drive line parts did you need to trade out... Thanks man
" Some times you gotta race it out man" -Me
What mount did you use? Did you have to mod the chassis or anything like that?
" Some times you gotta race it out man" -Me
I used the NewEra mount no modding the chassis at all.. I did put on a heavy 4mm thick chassis brace from M2C racing to stop flex when you hammer the throttle lol
The chassis brace install is the last vid I put up on

How is your transmission and differentials are you eating gears?
" Some times you gotta race it out man" -Me
Trans and diffs are good n strong no problems... It was the rear shafts I was having problems with. The stock plastic ones would twist right out.. The MIP's I pieced together for the slayerpro took care of that..
I have a question, i heard alot of people put 17 mm wheel adapters... What is that for??? U said u have them and i see u do, but if it is for bigger wheels size, your wheels look the same size to me, i mightbe wrong. Thanks beautifull truck though!!!
with 17mm its stronger and you can extend your wheelbase if u choose>>the wheels i use are the DEracing sc with 17mm hex. and with the 17mm hex you can use buggy wheels to
