    Jangs wide body mod

    Can you guys tell me the purpose if it? Why do people do them on the slashes ?

    wings add more control in air when jumping, and add more stability for thlat running and i would say protect the head of your motor but thats nitro lol

    He means wider suspension.

    It makes the truck more stable, and less likely to roll over.

    I've always used the Proline Protrac Kit, I think i'm going to try this mod on my Rustler build. Who knows it could even end up on my slash.

    I can tell you the Protrac wide suspension is pretty sweet. The Jang mod was designed way before you could get it in a production kit and was about the only option. Now you can have the protrac kit all in one package. BUT, if you are a do-it yourself kinda guy, go for the Jang mod.
