    Shock Wt

What wt oil should I use up front? I just bought gold springs for the rear and put the rear stock springs up front. There is 55wt in the front now already, but if I compress the shocks it doesn't hardly want to spring back up. Is the wt to much? All I have here at the house is 70, 55, and 40.

springs are for holdin up the weight of the truck. the thicker the shock oil the slower the action and rebound. 55wt would be good for payment flat out passes. if u want trophy truck suspension action use 20wt. you will get fast shock action for off roading. spring back quick.

True, but with that thin of a oil, the truck will bottom out alot more too... 50 wt oil is great for hard surface driving and jumping, but the thick oil will have a effect on the small bumps though... I like having the supension soft and responsive, so I just use 30wt oil and some stronger springs... Pink 5.4 in back, and blue 5.9 in front. Hope this helps!
