    Angry Linking / Binding My Traxxas Controller To Spektrum sr300 dsm.

    hey gang! ...

    is it possible to bind / link my traxxas radio ...
    Traxxas TQi : http://traxxas.com/products/models/e...lervxl-details
    to this receiver ...
    Spektrum sr300 dsm: http://www.spektrumrc.com/Products/D...rodId=SPMSR300

    ive been trying but nothing seems to happen. i get the rapidly green blinking light on the receiver but the blinking red light on the radio doesnt change. in case it was a power issue - i inserted a fresh battery in the car (to power the esc > to power the receiver) and a fresh set in the radio too.

    As already stated, won't work.

    For what it's worth;

    Most radios and receivers on the market that are able to bind to other "manufacturers" sets are because they are just rebranded units. For instance, I have a 6ch radio that is the identical hardware to three other radio systems from 3 other manufacturers. Prices range from $20-$50 for the exact same set, but with different stickers. In this case, I can buy receivers from a multitude of sources and still be able to bind my X-Brand to Y-Brand if I wanted to. That's why there is enough chatter on the net about, "what about THIS receiver, will THIS receiver work!?"

    *cheers
