2800kv 550 size motor

I landed a 2800kv 4pole 550 can size motor Im thinking of using this in my 4x4 pede. Is this the size comparable to Castles 2650kv or the Hobbywing 2700kv? if so what esc would you guys recommend? The waterproof sc8? MMP? The can sizes are what i dont get. I havent seen many brushless motors in my day.

Im now seeing the 2650kv is a 1500 series which is for 1/8th scale and the 2400kv is a 1400 series for 1/10th scale. Is this correct? Someone please school me!!

Lower kv would be a bigger vehicle like the MMM is 2200kv and the vxl setup is a 3500kv

A 4 pole has twice the the torque and with a 550 motor it will run cooler than a 540 can. my vxl system died and i now have 3500kv 550 4 pole and 120a esc and it only just gets warm so a 2800kv 4 pole will be sweet..peace
