servo problems

hey i am having problems with my steering servo the problem is that when you plug it in the reciever box
it starts to spin and it wont stop any answers

On eBay I got 25 gear replacement kits for 10 bucks I have just been replacing em as I break em. That's just me though

Not true my 1/16 erevo did that and the receiver was confused I put in new gears reset the receiver and it's fine.

So what you are saying is new gears AND resetting the Rx fixed it.
Not just new gears.

Gears only do what they are told to by the motor, which in turn is told what to do by the circuitry.

It's not a electrical problem gears are
Mechanical the only thing resetting it does is refreshes it do it's not confused lol

ok, whats the best replacement servo for the stock one? mine just burnt out on me and im looking for a non traxxas amg servo. also price is an issue, i dont wanna buy a servo thats worth more than my car.
