    I need help

I went to do some bashing and when i plugged in my batteries and turn the switch on i didnt hear it beep at me like it normally does while it connects with the remote. i turned the esc on and off a few times unplugged the batteries a few times. I open up where the receiver is and everything is plugged in fine. I also tried different batteries that i have. I'm not having any luck. any suggestions?

I might try that. How do I have to take the esc apart to get to where the wires are that need to be soddered? Do a lot of people have problems with this switch?

I've heard of a few on here, the switch becomes a problem...I've had 2 switches go on me now; I've bypassed them and have never had any issues since. Here is a Link on how to remove the ESC from the case.

If is stuck to the chassis and you don't want to remove or pull loose from the foam pad...just pull the sticker down far enough off the sides of the ESC cover, do then as per instructions so you can remove the ESC and leave the bottom half of the ESC cover on the chassis...doe that make sense?

Just cut the wires at the switch, solder or wire nut them together...I did a male female wire connector just in case I need to unplug the two wires. Never have..........tho

    K. Yea it makes sense. I had already removed the esc from the chassis but didn't open up the esc housing.

i wouldn't worry about taking the case off and all that, just solder them together outside the casing

i had to do that to my mmp switch. on a hard hit and sometimes a fast speed run the switch would move just enough to shut the car off. nothing like the feeling of hitting the throttle and it doesn't move-thinking motor or esc problems!
