Traxxas Slash to Revo Conversion

Hi, I'm new to rc and I recently purchased a 1/16th slash vxl. I was driving my friends 1/16th revo and noticing the huge stability difference of the two models. Is it a good idea to convert my slash to a revo? If not, what upgrades can I add to the slash to make it more stable and less prone to breakage.

I have a blast with my merv. Good thing about converting you can upgrade to better stronger parts while your at it!

do the conversion you wont regret it. all you need really are the a-arms, toe links and pushrods, axles, plus bigger wheels.

Yeah! For sure. Do you have any recommendations. I'm low on cash so I might hold off on upgrades unless they are crucial.

Start with rpm a arms and the rest of the parts from ebay from takeoff sellers

Yeah well for the stabality issue you can get wheel extenders though but pecans right... SLASH ARE AWESOME

Don't convert it. The slash doesn't need RPM a-arms to begin with. Widen it and lower it if you want to turn fast. Leave it bone stock if you want to offroad. You don't need to shim the diffs.

Or you could just slow down when you turn sharp... Common sense
