Just bought a Rally VXL and a Castle SV2 and 1406 5700kv system along with Integy CVDs HPI X-Pattern tires and rims. This is going to be a road toy only.
Going to sell radio/receiver and complete VXL system on eBay.
Is this too much motor for this vehicle? Should I have gotten the 4600kv motor? I love Castle products. I'm looking for 40mph on 2S and 50mph on 3S Lipo with parrallel connector(long run time, vehicle balance) as serial connector is for NiMH only.

Let us know how the Integy axles hold up.
4600 and 5700 seem to be the two most popular motors...Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.

The traxxas cvds are widely regarded as the best cvds that can be purchased for this vehicle.
