Sweet spot! Clear out some of those rocks and you will be set!

that place is nice, if you put some bigger wheels on there it would work better. i want a place like that for my embe to run or pede, merv as well but the rocks would get in the way.
-
Right! That was my thought when i first got there, some cleaning and itīs ready. It really is awesome and very close of my home. Thankīs for the reply.
-
Bigger wheels would do the job, agreed. I was thinking about the Geode with Canyon AT tires.

those would work for sure just be aware that they are heavier than stock so more likely you would want to gear down to handle the extra heat build up.
-
Youīre referring to the speed pinion? Iīm running the 23t pinion, and the spur is stock.
What do you recommend?

are you running lipo? if so what 2s, 3s? if 2s try the gearing your using right now if its too hot then gear down 19 then and recheck temps again, its going to depend on your motor/esc as each has a mind of their own no 2 are the same really how they are going to perform or heat build up. get a temp gun/gauge its needed in this hobby for sure i got to get mine still when i get back in town next time.
-
That will be a good starting point. You really have to go by your temp and gear down it it runs hot. Buy a temp gun if you don't have one
-
Iīm runnig 2s lipo yes. Itīs a bit hot when iīm done driving but not that hot that you canīt leave your finger in the motor.
Yeah a temp gun would be very useful. Iīll do some research and going to buy one. And the wheels to see how it works.
-
Good idea. With the canyons you will need 2.2 2" rims
-
23/50 is perfect for the canyons on 2s. I ran the wheels off of mine with that set up and zero heat issues.
-
Great, iīll try the canyons then. Canīt wait to see it with that set of wheels. Thanks.
