    what's got me a bit confused is all the oil leaking. could it be from the shocks or the diff?

    Judging from your pictures, I would say your shocks are leaking...

    yeah. I havent taken it apart to assess the total damage but I think the shocks held up pretty well. hopefully the oil just leaked out and I can refill it

    I did the same thing to my left front this weekend. Hit a stair rail support at pretty high speed. Just broke off the A arm, no other damage to anything else.

    surprisingly only broke the rear A arm which will be replaced with RPM and a front caster block. Any recommendations on an upgrade for that???
    The shock that leaked was fine. just needed to refill it.

    traxxas aluminum are great, strc are good, but need some dremel work to fit with mips
