    when to charge?

    does it hurt to charge a Nimh batter before it is full discharged? would like to charge up my easy start before tomorrow so i know it wont go dead on me when i am at a friends? i thought about cranking the truck over till the batter is dead but that seams like a bad idea... easy start for t maxx 2.5. battery

    nimh batteries have a very small if any memory effect from partial discharge--much unlike nicd's.

    So charge any time - and store that way too. Do NOT run the battery down until dead - as in truck not moving (electric) or EZ-Start not cranking (nitro).
