    so did some parts swapping...

    i did some parts swapping to a 3908. because i bought a roller. already this is faster with a new charger for my batts. and all the lighter parts on this truck. but check out my link here. http://traxxas.com/forums/showthread...64#post5250064
    see if you guys can help out too. i have read something about this before. but i also want to post more pics later when i get some time.

    The wire to the receiver the wrong way round? Alternately just flick the channel buttons across to the opposite position on the controller.

    I think you have to go through the menu
    On the Tx.There is a way to go back to factory settings. If I remember correctly
    You hold down the menu and the set buttons and turn on the tx release the buttons flashing green light press the set button it should flash quickly multiple times telling you it has confirmed the setting.if someone can confirm that.Its been a while since I had one of those.

    i did look up instructions on the 2238 TX. havent had a chance to run it yet. maybe tonight or tomorrow for sure. really liking the power on the truck right now. much better than the 3905. little longer also. with the geode tires on it, it is really ripping around. just may have to flip the wires on the motors the other way.
