    I have a dilemma

Ok guys i need help. I have the extended chassis tmaxx with the grey transmission with reverse. I need to buy a servo which is the micro 2065 because that is the only one that fits. The 2065 has a servo holder in the reverse kit and I don't want to drop 50 bucks for one plastic servo holder. Where an i buy a servo holder separate?

If you can't find the part, couldn't you take the top off an old servo and cut a hole in it to mount the smaller one?

Your gonna have to make one as Traxxas does not sell just the plastic servo mount.
Any thick bit of plastic will do for making one or like Maxx O said use the top off of an old servo or get a case set($3) & use it's top case.
    Look out for the tree/crunch!

I made mine out of aluminum for my Hitec HS-81 on the reverse kit.

I'd just get the FOC kit and remove weight instead.... Problem solved. Seriously,,, your TMAXX will run much quicker,,,, to the point you have to adjust your shift point because the engine spools up a lot faster without all that rotating mass in the tranny....

I'm not parallel parking my TMAXX so FOC is for me... I don't bash or race backwards anyways...

Just a piece of aluminum I had laying around, a dremel, and a tap and die to put threads in it for the servo. The servo ended up being too tall for it so I just got some washers to lift it up a little.
