why dont rc cars use li-ion batteries????
why dont rc cars use li-ion batteries????
After a little research:
Lower safe discharge rate... generally 1-3C TOPS
-because they can't tolerate high discharge rates they're more likely to flame out
More violent when they overheat and pop
REQUIRE a hard case
Not easy to conform to different shapes
Due to the voltage sensitivity of the cells, each cell must have its own voltage regulator built in
Whatever it is I just said... I could be wrong.
i guess those are good reasons.... LOL..... they sure do work good in my flashlight tho!!!!! thanks jimmie
