Finally, I have a full set of aluminum wheels!!!

I have had a pair of aluminum wheels for a long while now. I got them from my lhs. I received a call from the owner of my lhs and he said he had another pair. He sold them to me for $20.00. I had a brand new set of Proline Switch tires, so I mounted those. So my aluminum wheels and hex with my Mip X-Duty axles should make my drive train very stout

I am running the Castle 2400 system. I have stripped my fair share of wheels and hex. So with the aluminum wheels in combination with aluminum hex, I have rid myself of stripping parts. I also don't have to worry about cracking and bending plastic wheels. It is gonna save me a lot of time and money

But aluminum bends to. I hope they work out for you. I have striped two new sets of nice wheels with new tires on them. It really is discouraging.
Are those 2.2 beadlock rims? And what is the off set? Are they like rpm wides?

I have had two of the wheels for about a year. I have beat on them good. Crashes, ran into things dropped like twenty feet and all kinds of abuse. They are still straight and true. That is why I have been trying to find another two to complete the set. They are short course wheels. Same dimentions of the stock set. Chopper, I am leaving on vacation to Indianapolis, so I will get a picture of them on the truck when I get there.

Hey man, its all good! I am going to my family reunion. It is going to be a blast! My father has a Slash 4x4, two of my uncle's have Rustlers. My cousin is getting a VXL Rustler as a gift. We are going to have a great time running all those trucks together! So hopefully I will get a video of us all running our trucks together
