2s, 3s is no problem. Is the battery fully charged?

Lipo's will work even when in Nimh mode on esc but will drain it excessivly low, have you swithched your esc to lipo mode?.

Switching modes can be done with any style battery

You have to switch your esc to lipo mode which is green i think. If you run 3s, often check your temps

Were you able to run a 2S lipo? Try another battery and see if it does the same thing? Let us know.
    Wouldn't you like to know...

I had that problem with original battery that came with my truck. Charger showed full plug it in nothing. Took battery to lhs where I bought the truck they tested it and said it was junk. Bought a new one and no problems since.

I had 2a pack in and ran fine. It's set for lipo. Take the 2s pack out and plug in 3s and nothing. Put that same 3s in my stampede vxl and runs fine. Not the battery. Any other solutions. I believe it's in the programming of esc
