Stampede vxl 4x4 Veering problems and high motor temps...

So, 5 days into owning my new Stampede VXL 4x4 I seem to be encountering more questions or concerns than enjoyment...

When I goose the throttle, from a dead stop or while running, this thing just shoots off to the right or left seemingly at random. I have not done enough driving yet to narrow it down to one direction or the other, but it seems to be more to the right.

It's bad... it will almost go from one side of the road to the other and w/o correction by me, will end up crashing and burning.

I don't know if this is normal, but it surely makes high speed running not that fun.

I also don't know if I am running good enough LIPO's and that could be contributing to this and the seemingly high motor temperatures. I have some 5000 mah, 20C 2S lipos. They were not cheap, so I figured they would be ok...

After 10 minutes the motor is too hot to touch for more than a second.

Wishing I had stuck to my original purchase of a brushed e-maxx.

Don't get bummed just yet. Call traxxas monday and they will help. 2s with the stock 13t pinion should keep temps to a reasonable level unless your full throttle all the time in a grass field.

Get a camber gauge and check camber on all 4 wheels. I dont have a gauge for toe. But I would eyeball that because mine had a similar issue
    4Pede ,MM-2650,Protrac, Power strokes,3s 8200= fun
