hi guys so in a lipo will they lose power in time like a nimh???? and how long do they last i hear about a year is this true?and will the duratraxs dual charge work with a traxxas Li-Po and not make it explode??

lipos don't explode they burn, when pep do stupid things. Like charge a bad (puffed) battery.
If you care for your batts & store them at 3.85v if not using them for a few days, not running the batts below 3.4v per cell & balance charge every time. They will last a long time. gl2u

When you say 3.85v for storing them is that for each cell? Or the total volts of the battery?
