Quick simple question about changing diff oil in merv?

Hi, I have a simple question about changing the differential oil in my mini revo...

I have the rear bulhead in half and the differential out. Do you put the differential in the bulkhead or inside of the actual differential or both? I am actually also installing the traxxas cvds so i have the differential apart now too. Just want to be sure about where to put the oil before putting everything back together so i dont have to tear it apart again Also is 50wt traxxas silicone oil fine?
    Thanks in advance

Differential oil goes in the differential, not the bulkhead.
The bulkhead is not sealed... so any oil you put in WILL leak out.

    50wt is shock oil
    Stock is 30K, or 30,000wt.
Whatever it is I just typed... could be wrong.

I just did 50k in my rear, and you basically fill it up as much as you can without making a mess
