I sent some motors back to traxxas and they said 5 to 7 buisness days when i get them back. Do they ship with UPS or USPS?

if they ship it thru ups then usps it takes longer to get it, same thing with usps parcel post, takes a week to get to your door. but if its priority it gets there in like 3 days, first class about 5 days.

traxxas from what i remember uses priority mail to send it back to you. if you havent heard or recieved anything back then i would call and see whats going on. hasnt it been over 2 weeks now. what method of shipping did you use to send it to them? they recommend using tracking and insurance if possible.

I used UPS. I did tracking but i don't think i did insurance but i might have. They recieved it not last thursday but the thursday before that. If you count up the buisness days You have friday, monday, tuesday, thursaday, friday(5), monday, (6), and tuesday(7.
I left out wednesday because i don't think it was a buisness day cause of the fourth.
If it isn't here tomorrow, I will have to tell my dad to make a phone call

i would and UPS has insurance already with every shipped packaged up to $100 in the price which is why i like shipping through them instead of USPS and paying the price but i use them only when i ship whole or roller rc's to save shipping if possible. i live 1 block from fed ex, 1mile from ups, 4 blocks from usps all right next to me right now.
Not sure why they are taking so long maybe testing your motors to see what the problem is, they do test them i asked when i had a problem a while back and they said send it in and well test it and if its a problem we cover they will ship out a new replacement.
