    Anyone interested in unlocking a couple ESC's ??

    I would like to have my basher car unlocked so I can get a little more speed out of it. I don't want to buy these I devices just to do this. Anyone interested in helping me out ?? $$$ up front. Let me know.

    Does it still have to be hooked to the internet to unlock them ?? Or is this all I need ???

    It has to be hooked up through wifi so it can connect to the internet. Its really easy with the ipod. I had to buy one just for mine.

    Why not just pick up a Castle Field Link card for $30 and do it?

    No, I posted incorrectly. I was talking about enabling the ESC for use with a non-Traxxas radio. I have not found a way to unlock the ESC without an iPod/iPad.

    yea if you can figure out how to mount that plug into it . or if you have some sort of extention adaptor
