    Cool Slash with onboard camera is a go!

    One of the side projects I had going on was getting my keychain camera ready to go in the slash. It worked out quite nicely. I used a piece of balsa for the mounting plate, and the infamous 808 keychain camera.



    Cut out the windshield and the big 'ol lip underneath it...



    ...and made a short vid.



    Cant wait to get it offroading.

    This IS the 16th slash section...its the revo & slash together, cause they are pretty much the same anyway lol.

    I have that exact camera, its a cool piece for as cheap as it was!

    Ran this again today offroad and man was it a blast. I was worried that the added weight would overheat my motor, esc, or batteries. The Motor topped out at 146. Esc 120. Batteries 140. WOT 7.2v 6 cells in parallel. I will get a video up later, but I have a LOT of editing to do. My brother put his palmcorder on his rusty and we played tag on a softball diamond. Good times.
