its been raining here for 2 days now but today the sun came out on some area enough to dry the road. on my way home i always wanted to run on this part of the road as there is no traffic, so i took it out...warm up the tires at the parking lot and then out to the road. i should have keep it on 6s cause running it on 4s is totally slow for me now lol. a man walking with his greyhound dog and i was tempted to ask him if its ok for his dog to chase my car but i did'nt, that would have been awesome run, maybe next time if i see him again.

i bought 4 of those leads and they are the wrong ones.Need two male plugs not two female plugs!
Will.work if I use it as an extension

I just run a 4" servo lead extension and leave it outside the box. Not running any extras, so i didn't need a y-adapter.
Before that i hated having to open everything up to use the castle link. I run those extension on all my rigs now.

I have both but the field link is limited. I would get both!
I upgraded to a single servo ! Nice clean and strong! 403 lbs at 6 volts

The field programmer does exactly what the link can do...just plug into your PC and download software and there you go...it also lets you adjust settings on the fly....its what I use...post #141

Look here from post #141 and scroll through, you will see its exactly the same as the field link + allows you to do settings on the fly.

well see when this 1/10 rally shows up, i already recieved my XO-1 shock towers today. roller expect to be here by tuesday.

for the record -the castle link will not work with a y connector! you have to disconnect the esc from the receiver or it won't work. wasted a few more bucks there too

since i bought the 1/10 rally, i'm putting back my REVO-E together as how it was before. figure since the rally is going to be my onroad GT so SlayVo GT8 is out. i guess i'm not going to finish the REVO-E with center diff as i plan, it was fun as how it was anyway.

which set-up? lol..,....yep its pretty decent lipo for as cheap as they are and holds its charge everytime i balance it.

i dont know if its just me but, when i start to build another one i end up working on the one that dont really need to be work on...so i end up no RC to run to....its like to me, seem like i tinker more with them than running it, hahahaha.

anyone feel this way?

I did the same with my merv. Bought a spare chassis to dye so the switch over has no waiting period!

i did'nt even receive my rally roller and i have my pan ready for the chassis to be dye outside....I also picked up my REVO-E at my bro's house so that i can bring it back the way i had it the first time, and my SlayVo GT8 are in pieces now so that i can put most of it back to REVO-E.

no mate, i'm going to use some parts off of it to go back into my REVO-E. my plan of redoing my REVO-E with Center Diff drive did'nt workout...and looking at the 1/10 rally seems like its the right size for my PF8 body....so i can still have a 1/8 GT as my speed runner and probably lighter than the SlayVo GT8.....and have my REVO-E back running again.

My eSlayer is a blast...haven't used the eRevo much since completing this build...its my new favourite toy at the moment. I am not sure if you have seen any of my videos in my Slayer build thread, it been a lot of fun...

yes, its down there lol. dont have nothing much to say about it, still waiting for it in the mail. this 1/10 rally sure evolve, as i recall back then...1/10 are with 200mm-190mm body size, now it can fit 1/8 size body....

alright.....got my REVO-E back together again and this time its staying the way it is lol. i have to order another body for it though.....i sold my blue platinum body.
