The guys who have done this, did they keep the LT rockers on the truck? Or will those even work with the slayer pro geometry?

Bought the tires today. LHS actually had them in stock.
Also hit up eBay tonight and ordered up the remainder of the parts and my DER Trinidad's to mount em up on.
Gonna keep my 17mm hubs on there.

So the joys of waiting begins. Hopefully I'll have everything here between the 8th and the 12th so i can get it built soon.

    Update!
The DE Racing Trinidads will likely not work, so i cancelled my order for those and bought some Slayer Pro split spokes.

Looking at the shape of both, you would have to trim nearly half the memory foam out of the SuperSwampers to fit on the Trinidads. As they are at the 3.0" mark all the way across. the SC drop down is right on the front and no foam goes down there.

I could be wrong, BUT the drive shafts i bought on ebay came with the 14mm hexes and so on so no harm no foul on this end. Just dont know if the Trinidad's will be right for this application.

That said... no turning back now. Just cut a bead of 1 side of $66 worth of tires lol.

Ok this Summit is starting to cost me too much money. For the second time now i have toasted a pair of lipos in the summit. Not by running them dead by no means. EVX2 is in Lipo mode. Lipos were fresh charged and balanced. (Always balance them)

What it is doing is splitting the voltage between the individual cells in each lipo.
I am used to seeing a tiny bit of split, like 0.01v/cell but im seeing 0.25v/cell or more differences.

This is the second time this has happened and at $90/pair of SPC lipos i am not very happy.
Brushless upgrade was in the works for this anyways but man replacing lipos was not what i had planned right now.

Has anyone seen the summit do this to a battery?

I can and have run the same batteries all day in other rigs and have no issues like this.

    Hoping my parts arrive tomorrow.

Can I run LT rockers with the slayer pro arms? Or do I have to swap down to P2.

Cut my shafts down tonight in prep for the LT build.

The Lt will be too stiff need the p2 90 mm. The lt are 120 mm.
Shorter arms won't move the lt rockers much not enough leverage.

I bet that single servo just shoves the rocks out from under the tire. It's like swinging a lead bat in batting practice and then picking up that $400 aluminum bat during the game. LOL!!!

Overall, how much ground clearance did you give up?

Just put my Mamba 2200 in the Summit-LT for a while, retained stock gearing.
I dont usually run in water and tend to not run in the rain at all so the no waterproof wont bug me.

This thing is much funner to drive now with the Mamba in it and the LT configuration.
And man do these tires grab and climb.

Since I took the 1232sg out of my XO-1 I put it in my Summit LT today. Had the single arm for the longest time but never got around to doing the Single Servo conversion.
